Moving from Maple?

Maple is closing. Save your family information first.

Maple says its service will close on 31 December 2026 and accounts will no longer be accessible afterwards. Save or transfer the information you need before then. Check Maple's own announcement for its latest instructions.

Tandlo is independent of Maple. There is no automatic Maple account import, and we cannot promise that every Maple feature has a Tandlo equivalent.

Start with the next few weeks

1. Keep a copy. Follow Maple's export or transfer guidance where available. Save important dates, notes and tasks somewhere you can still reach after closure.
2. Check your calendar. Work out which dates already live in Apple, Google or Outlook and which are only in Maple. Keep the original calendar or school feed so you do not lose updates.
3. Bring the details into Tandlo. Once you have access, use Ask Tandlo for relevant text, a photo or screenshot, or a school calendar link. Forward chosen school emails to your private Tandlo address.
4. Review before saving. Check the child, date, time and place. Compare with existing plans to avoid duplicates, and confirm each suggestion.

A saved Maple export is a backup; Tandlo does not currently promise to import that file. You can add plans by hand or bring individual details into Ask Tandlo.

How the six months works

Join the early-access list before Tandlo is available in the App Store, while one of the 150 places is still open. When your launch invitation arrives, sign up with the same email address and set up your family. You may claim the offer for 12 months after registration closes. Your six months of Tandlo Family start when the benefit is activated.

This is Tandlo's existing early-access benefit, also available to families moving from Maple. It is one benefit per family, with the Family plan's normal usage limits. It does not include unlimited AI reads or invitation designs.
