A link, a file and a letter behave differently
- Subscription link: later changes depend on the school's published feed and your calendar's refresh.
- ICS download: an import is a snapshot. It does not watch for later changes.
- PDF, photo or email: check the child, dates and deadlines before adding anything. Saving a plan does not pay, give consent or send a reply.
Keep personal calendar links private. Use the school's latest notice for an urgent change.
